Privacy Policy

What we collect
Contact enquiries. When you use the contact form, we store the name, email address and message you send us. It is used only to reply to you — nothing else.
Anonymous usage events. We record the page you visited, the referring page, and a random session id generated fresh in your browser tab for that visit. There are no cookies, no third-party trackers and no ad networks anywhere on this site. Both are processed by our own infrastructure — a Cloudflare Worker we operate — and stored in our own database, never handed to a third-party analytics platform.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we record nothing at all for that visit — no page view, no session id.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as they're relevant to our conversation with you, then deleted.
Anonymous usage events are reviewed in aggregate, to understand which pages and links are useful — they are never matched back to an individual person.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to erase it. Email info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk and we will deal with it directly — no forms, no call centre.
