Who you are contracting with

Software, hosting and third-party services
Where we recommend, procure, configure or resell third-party software, hosting, domain registration or related services on your behalf, we may receive commission, referral fees, revenue share, reseller margin or other benefits from the supplier. Where we resell a service to you, we do so as principal, and the price we charge you may include a margin over the price we pay.
Our recommendations are made on the basis of what we consider suitable for your requirements. The existence or amount of any such payment does not affect the recommendations we make, and we will not recommend a service solely because a payment is available to us.
We will disclose the nature of any such arrangement on request. You agree that we may receive and retain any such payment or margin for our own account, and by accepting these terms you give your informed consent to us doing so.
You remain free to procure any recommended service directly from the supplier, or from any third party of your choosing.
Ownership of accounts
Where we register a domain, create a hosting account, or set up a software tenancy for you, that account is yours. On request we will transfer it to you or to a supplier of your choosing, and we will not withhold access to it.
