What Control the Ops is.
Control the Ops is a cultural operating system run by Amaya Holdings, launching in Manchester in 2026. It is built for people whose instincts — pattern recognition, risk calculation, persuasion, loyalty — have never had a system behind them.
Members direct a crew of AI agents instead of sitting through a course. Each mission produces something they keep, and they move through seven ranks, from Lookout to Architect, only on proof of what they have built.
The first 500 founding spots are selected by hand, with the first year free. Applications, missions and member accounts run on controltheops.co.uk, which is operated separately from Pharoah Technology.
