Company Build Register

Progress, without the theatre.

Complete means every applicable gate has passed. A responding page is useful evidence, but it is not the same thing as a complete product.

Proof is recorded against the completion standard

Scope: Active company product and platform estate excluding the separately governed GhostWire suite. The figures are generated from the company register at build time, not estimated from marketing pages.

Dated completion register for products active for completion, excluding the separately governed GhostWire scope. This subset is not the full product inventory, and an excluded product is not counted as completed.

Roadmap

The path ahead.

  1. Phase 1

    Foundation — in place

Shared infrastructure, the completion register and the first customer-facing products are operating. Each product now advances against the same evidence-based standard.

    2026
  2. Phase 2

Completion — where we are now

Live pages are being converted into complete products, product by product: functional proof, lead capture, checkout, onboarding and benchmark evidence.

    2026–2027
  3. Phase 3

    Distribution

Completed products move into repeatable sales, publishing and partner channels with measured conversion.

    2027–2028
  4. Phase 4

    Scale

Proven products expand across markets and company-owned infrastructure without lowering the completion standard.
